All Saints Success

All Saints is on a roll — last month it was crowned ‘Best Project up to 2,500m2’ at the BCO Awards and scooped up a prestigious RIBA London Award. The BCO jury described the project as the ‘clear and unanimous winner’ whilst the RIBA judges praised our ‘sensitive, conservation-led approach to a locally listed building.’ These achievements are a testament to our incredible All Saints project team.

The scheme will now be considered for a highly coveted RIBA National Award and a BCO ‘Best of the Best’ Award. Fingers crossed for winning results!

The footprint of the building during its operational life has been significantly improved by EPR's sustainability strategy. A fabric-first approach was adopted to sympathetically upgrade and replace poor performing existing building elements with new thermally efficient alternatives. This approach, combined with a mixed-mode ventilation strategy that allows passive cooling of the studio spaces via natural ventilation and an all-electric heating and cooling system, will enable the building to be Net Zero Carbon in operation.
