Celebrating Open House

For the fourth year running, Ram Quarter, EPR’s redevelopment of the former Young’s brewery in Wandsworth, participated in London’s Open House Festival — welcoming more visitors to the site than ever before.

Brewing Legacy

EPR Associate Director Antony Stivala led informative tours of the scheme on behalf of our client, Greenland, which covered the rich history of the site, from its brewing legacy through to its more recent transformation as an exciting new residential and urban quarter. Throughout, visitors enjoyed stories of EPR’s planning and design process, including the site’s building materials and new access points. Groups were also shown the scheme's historic beam engine, inside a restored listed building not usually accessible to the public.

Opening our London Home

In addition, as part of this year's festival, EPR opened the doors to our new London studio, All Saints. Guided tours, led by the project architects, delved into the building's rich past, showcasing the many layers of history on display and offering an exclusive look into our innovative restoration that has resulted in an exemplar of sustainable design with wellbeing at the forefront.
