Throughout the week, our Mental Health and Wellbeing Group were hard at work sharing the in-house and external resources available to all staff. This includes information about our regular yoga and guided meditation classes, EPR's hybrid working policy and our confidential Employee Assistance Programme, which provides useful information and educational resources.
We also offer all staff access to trained Mental Health First Aiders — a face-to-face first point of contact for anyone experiencing mental health issues or emotional distress.

In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Week 2023, the EPR team were proud to go green! To show our support for the Mental Health Foundation and to raise awareness of the theme, staff across our studios sported their best green attire for a 'Wear it Green Day' and gathered for a coffee break, sweat treats and some all-important mingling time to discuss how we can help manage feelings of anxiety.
