We are thrilled to announce that Manchester City Council has given our innovative design proposals for the redevelopment of Alberton House the green light.

Set to complete towards the end of 2025, The Alberton, a striking 18-storey office building, will be a revolutionary workspace and leisure destination in the heart of Manchester.

The pioneering scheme embeds physical and mental wellbeing into the daily working lives of its occupants, providing a ground-breaking holistic wellness centre, a distinctive rooftop design with external terraces offering panoramic views and restaurant and retail offerings on the publicly accessible ground floor.

Sustainability-led, The Alberton will deliver an operationally Net Zero Carbon office space. Our proposals are also targeting BREEAM Excellent and NABERS 5.5 star credentials.
