The site is situated within Westminster City Council’s West End Special Retail Policy Area, which prioritises retail space and supports retail growth along the primary shopping frontages, and the Mayfair Conservation Area.
EPR was appointed by Kam Lee Associates to design and deliver the refurbishment of the existing building to create a flagship retail unit at basement, ground and first-floor level with ancillary office space above. The design also seeks to re-establish the building’s original detailing by restoring the original pilasters and stone detailing.
