EPR stripped the building back to the frame and re-cored to provide efficient high-quality modern workplace accommodation with a prime retail offering at ground-floor level. The building terraces back, providing sky gardens for the enjoyment of the occupants whilst creating a diverse and enhanced ecology.
CENTRAL ATRIUM
The property comprises a basement level containing service and support facilities, a ground-floor level providing reception, office and retail floor space and upper floors providing extensive additional office space arranged over large flexible upper floorplates centred around an atrium.
SUSTAINABILITY
Designed with sustainability at its core, 60 London Wall has achieved a BREEAM rating of Outstanding and a 2 Star Fitwel certification. Our design optimises the thermal performance of the building’s fabric, achieves efficient water consumption and supports sustainable transport. This includes the provision of high-quality bicycle storage and staff changing facilities.
