Brickmakers Yard Hotel is a 194-bedroom new-build luxury lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Soho, City of Westminster. EPR’s design, which aims to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’, offers guests and visitors a variety of food and beverage, retail and hospitality facilities formed around a glazed public courtyard.
The site had previously seen a series of planning applications, including two stand-alone applications for separate hotels. The consented proposal from EPR, however, sees a unified single hotel which enjoys significant consolidated servicing alongside important improvements to the public realm.
The new courtyard, designed as the heart of the hospitality offering, comprises a pedestrian link between Poland Street and Great Marlborough Street via a newly publicly accessible courtyard on the ground floor and restaurants and bars located around the courtyard on the upper first-floor level.
