As currently envisioned, the hotel will occupy the lifestyle sector and provide 146 keys along Hammersmith Road. The guest rooms will occupy three floors of the hotel within a new rooftop extension.
The existing Grade II listed building will undergo a mix of hard and soft refurbishment from the basement to first floors. Particular attention will be paid to the preservation and enhancement of the Apex room, which will be designed in collaboration with heritage architects Donald Insall Associates.
EPR, alongside concept interior designer Concrete, will be responsible for the interior fit-out of the hotel and facilitating an efficient design in line with Citizen M brand standards.
