Riverbank House

City of London

Riverbank House is a 323,000ft² office development commissioned by Pace Investments and the City of London, pre-let to Man Group for their UK Headquarters. The project was a collaboration between EPR and David Walker Architects, with consultation by Arup.

The building comprises ten storeys of offices with basement and roof plant areas. The building is identifiable by its horizontal white glass spandrel panels around the building and its prominent yellow glass soffite balconies located at opposing corners to the south-west and north-east of the building.

A larger, external terrace provided at level nine provides extensive and unique views across the City of London and the river Thames. The project involved close liaison with the City of London in respect to Planning, Building Control and other City of London departments.
