Phase 1, which will be delivered between 2022 and 2025, comprises 643 homes across four buildings ranging in height from four to 14 storeys. Each building is made up of three or four repeating architectural typologies with a complementing palette of detailed brick façades.

Phase 1 also includes wet and dry residents’ facilities designed by EPR with interior design by Bergman Interiors. The residents’ pool and spa are set at a high level in order to benefit from views across the River Lea and a new landscaped park designed by LDA Design.
