Working closely with St James, EPR was asked to develop an initial concept masterplan proposal for a mixed-use development in Westbury Estate, Lambeth. Our proposal comprised between 630 and 650 new homes arranged around separate character areas and provided significant retail space, community amenities and open areas.
After the completion of our masterplanning work for the site, EPR was commissioned to deliver a detailed planning application for two residential buildings totalling approximately 65 residences and a modest amount of community-focused ground-floor space.
