EPR was appointed as executive architect to deliver the now-complete Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Panter Hudspith’s consented design. Phase 1 comprises a 14-storey residential block (the first on the masterplan), providing 163 homes and ground-floor commercial space.
Situated within the Haringey Heartlands Opportunity Area, Clarendon Road is a 12-acre residential-led regeneration scheme, providing 1,712 homes, 100,000ft² of commercial space and a new public park in the heart of north London. The scheme is being delivered in seven phases.
