The north London scheme will deliver a vibrant, aspirational neighbourhood that will benefit new and existing communities, act as a catalyst to unlock potential for future regeneration in Cricklewood and improve and enhance community green spaces including the locally loved Cricklewood Green. EPR’s consented design, which varies in height from three to 25 storeys, will also provide a town square space that will act as the much needed heart of Cricklewood, to be used by residents for curated events and gatherings.
This residential-led mixed-use scheme in Barnet will create a coherent and well-connected development, providing approximately 1,100 homes of a mix of unit types and tenures, 1,000m² of commercial space and 250m² of community space. 35% of the homes will be affordable in order to cater to young families and working professionals.
