In line with Bruntwood's sustainability targets, our design will substantially reduce King's House's operational and embodied carbon whilst protecting and restoring the four-storey building's historical fabric.
Our architectural and interior design proposals for King's House sensitively refurbish and enhance a 70,000ft² 19th century building in Manchester's Parsonage Gardens Conservation Area. The scheme will deliver a multi-tenant model, offering both co-working and traditional leases alongside a wellbeing facility and a contemporary customer lounge.
