There are 48 luxury apartments and townhouses including a penthouse on the seventh floor which offers panoramic views across London.

Whilst the project is a new-build development, the Grosvenor Square and Grosvenor Street façades were removed and reinstated over a new structure and interiors in order to maintain the building’s presence on the square.

The development includes a 25m swimming pool, spa, gym, residents’ lounge and a public restaurant. Basement parking is accessed via a car stacker. We worked in collaboration with Eric Parry Architects to deliver their consented scheme and Yabu Pushelberg on the interior design.
