Prince of Wales Drive is a contemporary mixed-use masterplan comprising 12 buildings set within 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens adjacent to Battersea Power Station. EPR was appointed to optimise and deliver Phase 3 — three towers (Blocks A, B and F) originally designed by Squire & Partners.

We increased the number of three-bedroom and four-bedroom units to meet the demand for family homes in the area, optimised apartment layouts and rationalised the façades to provide both aesthetic and practical improvements.

We have also introduced a residents’ lounge with stunning city and river views and extensive ground-floor residents’ facilities linked to the landscaped podium above by a new pavilion within the landscape.
