The building is split into three stepping blocks. These are emphasised with differently coloured brickwork and further articulated with varied window treatments to create a rich and vibrant façade to the new streetscape with high-quality materials and detailing. 

Our design creates a contextual response to the site constraints and will dramatically improve the public realm on this narrow Mayfair street with a recessed ground floor and an active frontage.
