Longley Place wins BTR Award
We are delighted to announce that our project, Longley Place, has been crowned ‘Best Build to Rent Development (South)’ at this year’s Build to Rent Awards. Hosted by Love to Rent, the awards not only celebrate excellence in the rapidly growing Build to Rent market but also recognise values such as social impact, affordability and customer care.
The first of its kind in Brighton, Longley Place was designed with the consumer at the forefront. High-quality and professionally managed homes with unparalleled sea views, paired with co-working facilities and hotel-style leisure amenities, offer residents a distinctive and inspirational place to live. Beyond the scheme’s consumer-led residential experience, Longley Place is set apart by its impressive sustainable credentials and commitment to deliver significant regeneration benefits to the city’s creative industries. Achieving BREEAM Excellent and residential HQM Level 4, the new build supports Brighton’s ambition to regenerate the London Road Central Area and strengthen the existing creative industries in Brighton.
This achievement is a testament to the exceptional efforts of the Longley Place project team, as well as EPR’s commitment to creating innovative designs for the Build to Rent sector.
