To show our support for Mental Health Awareness Week and The Mental Health Foundation, and to raise awareness of this year’s theme – Movement – our Mental Health and Wellbeing Group organised an incredible line-up of wellness-focused activities!
These included an open week at our local Gymbox, a life drawing class inspired by the techniques of Wassily Kandinsky – where the class experimented with colour, shape and composition to capture the expressive movement of two model dancers – and the launch of an EPR Strava group to keep us connected through movement.
Our London studio sported their best green attire in celebration of ‘Wear it Green Day’, and throughout the week, our Wellbeing Group provided healthy snacks for staff to enjoy and helpful resources and tips to make the commute to work as active as possible.
A big thank you to the team for organising such a thoughtful week, which reinforces our ongoing commitment to staff mental health and wellbeing.
