Pascal Wensink joins NLA London Expert Panel
We are pleased to announce that EPR Design Director Pascal Wensink will be joining the NLA London Expert Panel for High Streets, working alongside industry heavyweights to examine the evolving landscape of London’s retail and hospitality sectors.
With rising rents, technological advancements and changing consumer expectations reshaping the capital’s high streets, there is a growing demand for experiential, community-focused destinations that foster engagement with London’s retail and hospitality offerings. The panel will explore how placemaking strategies, partnerships and governance can revitalise the industry, focusing on how flexible mixed-use developments and ‘meanwhile’ uses drive footfall as well as the impact of regulatory changes on the sector.
With his experience leading the Ram Quarter regeneration project — which successfully preserved the site’s brewery heritage while creating a new urban quarter in Wandsworth — Pascal will bring valuable insights to the NLA’s vital work in addressing the challenges facing London’s high streets.
