The Resident, Farringdon

We are pleased to announce that the City of London Planning Committee has granted permission for our sustainability-led proposals for The Resident, Farringdon.

The new 128-key hotel, developed by Mactaggart Family & Partners, in collaboration with Resident Hotels Limited, will offer guests a home-from-home experience, from which they can explore the bustling Barbican and Farringdon neighbourhoods. Developed with principles of responsible environmental design at its heart, the hotel will enhance and future-proof the site ­— contributing to the area’s growing and changing needs.

Several years in the making, we are incredibly proud to reach this project milestone ­— and of the whole project team’s efforts.
